At Maison d’Aphelion, we believe in honoring stories that matter, creating art that uplifts, and designing with purpose. Time for Black Women is more than an initiative—it is a heartfelt tribute to the Black Women who shape our world, written from a place of love, gratitude, and profound respect.

Born from Mr. Alexander’s experience as a Black man raised by a strong Black mother, surrounded by Black sisters, married to an extraordinary Black woman, and now raising Black daughters, Time for Black Women holds a sacred place within our Maison. This is a space to celebrate, honor, and center Black Women in luxury, artistry, and history.

The Watch Collection: Celebrating Every Shade of Radiance

The Time for Black Women watch collection is a testament to the boundless beauty and diversity of Black Women. Each cushion-shaped timepiece is designed with care and intentionality, featuring dials inspired by the vast spectrum of skin tones that make Black Women uniquely radiant.

This collection is about representation, visibility, and acknowledgment—crafted for Black Women and their individuality, grace, and power. Every detail reflects the elegance and complexity of the women it honors, offering a luxury piece that feels personal, meaningful, and timeless.

Complementing the watch collection is an adjoining line of fragrances that celebrate the essence of Black Womanhood. Designed to be released alongside the watches, these fragrances are an extension of the love letter we write to Black Women—an intimate and sensory expression of admiration and pride.

Each year, we will profile 12 remarkable Black Women, sharing their journeys and creating bespoke watches inspired by their stories.
